Section I: The Mandatory Moving Permit Application
All residents undertaking a move (In-bound, Out-bound, or Internal Unit Transfer) must apply for and receive a valid Moving Permit.
Essential Pointers for Application Submission:
- Advance Notice: The complete application package must be submitted to the Administration Office at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the anticipated move date. Short-notice applications may be denied.
- Required Documentation:
- Completed Narra Residences Moving Permit Form.
- Signed Indemnity Agreement (releasing the Association from liability during transport).
- Proof of Movers’ Insurance: Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing Narra Residences Homeowners’ Association as an Additional Insured.
- List of moving personnel and designated vehicle license plates for security clearance.
- Timing Constraints: Moving is strictly permitted during designated hours only: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. All activity, including elevator use and loading dock clearance, must conclude by 4:00 PM. Moving is strictly prohibited on weekends and public holidays.

You are responsible for the immediate, thorough clean-up of your staging area, the service elevator, and the path used during the move. Movers must sweep, remove all tape/strapping, and ensure no materials are left behind. Failure to comply will result in a cleaning fee deducted from the Disposal Deposit.
